GOOD news, Bluebaggers!

As a result of the Government’s recent decision to increase stadium capacity and amend seating configurations in Victoria, the Club is very excited to announce that its reserved seat members can return to their designated seats from Round 9 of the 2021 AFL Premiership Season.

The return of reserved seating is another step forward for the League and a small reward for the patience and understanding members have shown during the first seven rounds of the season.

Reserved seat members will no longer need to redeem a ticket through Ticketek or Ticketmaster in the lead up to each home game, instead there is a new and simple process to follow allowing them access to their member tickets via the official Carlton app.

As is currently the case, your membership card will not provide access.

This new process is for members with a reserved seat only – members without a reserved seat will still need to redeem a $0 ticket on a game-by-game basis due to contact tracing purposes.

As part of the new process, reserved seat members will be allocated a specific gate for entry which may be different to the one they usually enter through.

Reserved seat members’ designated entry gates will be listed on their member tickets within the app.

Member tickets will be available 96 hours before each game, meaning members with an away reserved seat will be able to access their Round 9 member ticket from 3:20pm on Wednesday 12 May, and members with a home reserved seat will be able to access their Round 10 member ticket from 1:45pm on Tuesday 18 May.

Members will receive email reminders from the Club when their member ticket is ready to access.
