AFLW clubs: Carlton
Carlton debut: Round 1, 2017
Recruited from: Darebin Falcons (VIC)

Darcy Vescio has been a consistent goal-kicker for the Game Changers since its conception. Vescio broke the record for most AFLW-career goals last year, where they booted five goals against the Gold Coast. Vescio became the first person to reach 50 goals in AFLW history in Round 8 against the GWS Giants, with the star forward now sitting at 51.

Vescio was also named co-captain in 2022 alongside old friend and teammate Elise O'Dea, led by skipper Kerryn Peterson.

Vescio's athleticism, clean hands, marking skills and consistency in front of goal has held them in good stead and has made them an invaluable addition to any Carlton side. Vescio's positive impact on the community is an amazing asset for the Club, with their willingness and pride to assist in community projects making them one of the AFLW's most loved players.

Vescio will be playing game 50 in Carlton’s season opener should they be playing in the match.

Draft history: 2016 marquee player signing.
