Originally from Melbourne before being traded to Carlton, Maddy Guerin has played 32 games at the highest level but has had an unfortunate run with injuries.
Playing 13 games in the VFLW in 2024 was a good start, giving Guerin a taste of game time again and the ability to pick up where she left off – being a contested bull in the middle of the ground.
Having had three ACL injuries across five years, the VFLW stint held Guerin in good stead, playing every game in 2024 and averaging 18 disposals and seven tackles in her role in the midfield.
