'G TRAIN SHUTTLE SERVICE

The MCG operates a free shuttle service accessible to patrons with mobility challenges. The service runs every 8-10 minutes and has pickup points at Richmond Station, Jolimont Station and the Accessible Parking Area. Services run two hours prior to MCG events until the end of the first quarter. Recommencing at the conclusion of the match until 30 minutes post-event. The service has wheelchair access.

ACCESSIBLE BATHROOMS

The MCG has a range of accessible bathroom facilities including:

• Accessible bathrooms

• Accessible changing facilities for people who cannot use standard accessible toilets

• Male bathrooms with incontinence product disposal bins

• Parents' Rooms and changing tables

• All gender bathroom (Level B1, Ponsford Stand)

FAMILIES

The MCG has a range of facilities to support Parents on game day. Including Parents' Rooms, Change Tables and Kids Connection wristbands. 

SENSORY FRIENDLY SPACE

The MCG offers a quiet space for patrons of all ages who have sensory sensitivities, processing differences or other hidden disabilities. Located within the Australian Sports Museum on Level 1 (inside Gate 3, behind bay M51). A lift and ramp to access the space, and accessible bathrooms are also in close proximity of the room.
