WE'RE opening the doors to IKON Park this Wednesday for our first open training of the AFL pre-season.

Here’s your chance to watch your favourite Carlton AFL players put in the hard yards ahead of the 2023 season.

It’s the perfect chance to also check out the new facilities at IKON Park, grab a coffee and something to eat from 1864 Café and check out the new PUMA on-field training range from The Carlton Shop.

Here are all the details for Wednesday’s session:

Entry:

Entry is via Gate 6 and will be open from 9am

Parking:

IKON Park is limited to street parking. We recommend coming early to secure a park close by Gate 6.

Please get in touch with the Club's membership team if you may need assistance on the day.  

Seating:

Accessible seating is available in the Match-Day Pavilion Terrace.

Safe Steps donation drive:

As part of the United Nations ‘16 Days of Activism’ campaign against gender-based violence, we are partnering with Safe Steps - a 24/7 family violence response centre- and taking donations of food items to be distributed to women and children escaping violence.

If you are in a position to help, and are attending tomorrow’s open training, the following items can be dropped off at the Carlton Football Club reception.

  • Tinned fish (tuna, salmon)
  • Tea/coffee
  • Tomato sauce/pasta sauces
  • Long -life milk
  • Noodle cups/cup-a-soups
  • Porridge sachets/microwave rice sachets
  • Muesli bars
  • Tinned tomatoes/peas/corn
  • Children's fruit pouches
  • Long life juices - apple, orange, orange and mango, v8

 

If you are unable to attend tomorrow’s training, but would still like to show your support, donations will be accepted at the Club until Friday 9 December.

Unfortunately, there will be no opportunity for player signings at this open session.

There will be an open training session on Wednesday 14 December which will include a designated time for player signings after the completion of the session.
