FIVE player inclusions have been made this week as the Blues head down to Box Hill City Oval to take on the Hawks.

An outstanding performance on the scoreboard last week will see the VFLW team determined to continue in their fine form as the team looks for its third consecutive win.

Five major changes have been made for the Round 9 clash, with the most notable being AFLW-listed player Taylor Ortlepp missing out due to an injury sustained mid-way through the fourth quarter.

Also coming out of the team is Gab Pound, Marianna Anthony and Keeley Sherar after a dominant couple of weeks. Mia Cowan will also be absent due to injury.

A few inclusions into the side with Ally Blid, Georgia Tait, Tahlia Read and Libby Hosking --  all will be looking to make a big impact.

The Blues’ defensive pressure last week shone against the Bulldogs - as the team led for the entire match - winning by a solid 36-point margin.

After gathering 19 disposals during Saturday’s win, Ocatvia Di Donto will be looking to take some big marks and help move the ball forward against Box Hill.

Forwards Imogen Milford and Eliza Wood will be wanting to hit the scoreboard again this week, after a strong performance last week.
