NEW in 2024, we’re pleased to announce seat returns for Reserved Seat members!
We know you can’t always make it to every game, so make sure your seat doesn’t go to waste for the games you can’t attend.
Reserved Seat members can return their seat via the Carlton App and if their seat is sold, they will receive a credit towards their 2025 Carlton membership.
Don't worry, your reserved seat will only be available to purchase to fellow Carlton members!
Here’s how you do it.
- Download the Official Carlton App. Click HERE to download the Official Carlton App from the App store (iPhone). Click HERE to download the Official Carlton App from the Google Play store (Android)
- Open up the Official Carlton App and hit Mobile ticketing.
- Select the game you wish to return your seat for, let your ticket load and then hit ‘More ticket actions’ at the bottom of the screen.
- Once the next page loads, hit return and then select the specific seat you wish to return.
- Hit continue.
- Tick seat return, and hit continue again.
- Review your return and then hit submit if all is correct!
- It’s important to note, seat returns cannot be undone once actioned. Be sure to only do this if you know you’re not attending the game!
- You will also receive a confirmation email once your seat return has been successfully actioned.
