Monty Hamilton - Digital Transformation and PwC Partner:

Monty has over 20 years’ experience in designing, building, transforming and operating digital businesses at some of Australia’s most iconic organisations. Monty’s career highlights include co-founding National Australia Bank’s direct bank UBank, consulting with Australia Post, co-founding Telstra’s direct broadband business Belong, and the large-scale digital transformation of Telstra.
Monty operates on the belief that digital transformation is industry agnostic and driven by people and culture first – then enabled by technology and connectivity. He is passionate and actively involved in indigenous reconciliation through the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence.
Monty is a regular contributor at leading conferences on topics including digital business strategy, e-commerce, customer experience and corporate use of social media. He co-founded the Australian Digital Summit in 2012.
Nick Bell - Founder of 10 digital agencies, and an investor in technology, mining and hospitality:

In 2008 at the age of 24, Bell launched his first business selling skincare products. He later closed the business due to supply chain issues. While operating his skincare business, he taught himself search engine optimisation.
This led to him establishing WME, a search marketing firm he launched from his home with $400.
The company grew to 700 employees and $45 million in revenue by 2016. Bell sold WME to Melbourne IT in 2017, but stayed on to expand the company internationally. Outside of WME, Bell has founded or co-founded over 12 companies, including Appscore, Trivegroup, and First Page Digital. Nicks most recent venture is Removify, a company he launched in 2019. The company removes unwanted and fake reviews published on websites such as Facebook, Rippoff Report, and in search results on Google.
Dr. Pamela O'Shea - Principal Security Consultant:

Pamela is the Director of Shea Information Security, providing security consulting, training and penetration testing services to clients. Pamela is an industry lecturer at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) master's programme in cyber security and the programme chair for the OWASP Melbourne Security conference. Pamela is a member of the paper review boards for the Black Hat Asia and the BSides Canberra hacking conferences.
She is also the founder of the haXX group, providing scholarship places for technical hands-on security training and mentorship to women keen to break into the technical security field. In her spare time, Pamela plays with radio and satellite communications and runs the Melbourne CyberSpectrum meetup on Software Defined Radio (SDR) and security of the airwaves.
Tony Crabb - National Director of Research Cushman & Wakefield:

Tony Crabb is National Director of Research at Cushman and Wakefield working in the Melbourne office with the office, retail and industrial teams. Tony has worked in a research capacity for several organisations over the past 23 years.
Tony is an advisor to the Reserve Bank of Australia where he is part of their business liaison unit. Tony is also an advisor to the Federal Department of Treasury.
Tony is Chair of the Advisory Board of the Property and Real Estate Faculty at Deakin University.
Tony worked at ISPT where he was responsible for a $100 million listed property portfolio and investment research. Tony also worked as part of the senior management team on the strategic direction of ISPT’s $6 billion portfolio. Prior to moving into the property industry Tony spent ten years in equities funds management at Colonial, Institutional Stockbroking at Barclays and as an equities analyst.
Tony has a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Diploma of Financial Services, is a member of the Faculty of Australian Writers, is a graduate of Rogen, has qualifications in equities, futures, options and foreign exchange trading and is a published author. Tony is the author of four books including a bestseller. Tony also gave a TED talk at TEDx Queenstown in April 2016 on Climate Change and Property.
Paul Scurrah - Group CEO Virgin Australia:

Paul Scurrah is the current Virgin Group CE. His previous roles included executive vice president of commercial and marketing at Aurizon; chief executive of Queensland Rail; chief executive and managing director of DP World Australian and director of the Gold Coast Football Club.
As well as this he also has more than 20 years of experience in transport, tourism and customer service at companies including Flight Centre, Tourism Queensland, Ansett, Quanta’s and American Express.
Sally Capp - Lord Mayor of Melbourne

Sally Capp was elected Lord Mayor of Melbourne in May 2018 and was the first woman to be directly elected as Lord Mayor.
Sally was also the first woman to hold the post of Agent-General for Victoria in the UK, Europe and Israel. She has also served as the CEO for the Committee for Melbourne and COO of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.Sally began her career as a Solicitor, after completing Law (Hons) and Commerce degrees at the University of Melbourne.
Sally has held senior roles at both KPMG and ANZ, and she took the small business she co-founded to the ASX. Most recently she was Victorian Executive Director of the Property Council of Australia.In 2004 Sally made history as the first female board member of Collingwood FC. She is involved in a number of charities, currently sitting on the board of the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research Institute, the Mary Jane Lewis Scholarship Foundation and the Melbourne University Faculty of Business and Economics.
Sally is also Honorary Patron of the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation, Trustee of the Shrine of Remembrance, Member of the Council of Capital City Lord Mayors, Patron of the Royal Victorian Association of Honorary Justices, Patron of the Royal Women’s Hospital Foundation and Victorian Honorary Vice President of the Australia-Britain Society (Victoria) Inc.
John Borghetti – Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director the Virgin Australia Group:

John Borghetti commenced as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Virgin Australia Group in May 2010 through to March 2019. Under his leadership, the Group has undergone a strategic repositioning.
John has had over 45 years’ experience in aviation, including a long career at Qantas.
John is a Director of Coca Cola Amatil and a member of the Art Gallery of New South Wales Trust. He has previously served as a Director of Energy Australia, the NSW Customer Advisory Board, the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Jetset Travelworld, Sydney FC, Piper Aircraft (USA), The Australian Ballet and CARE Australia.
Debra Robertson - Detective Superintendent, Organised Crime, Victoria Police:
Debra Robertson will be presenting at the Carlton IN Business Leaders of Industry evening presented by Virgin Australia and CUA on 13 March 2019 at Luminaire.
Deb Robertson is the Detective Superintendent in charge of Organised Crime for the state of Victoria. She has been in Victoria Police for 36 years and a recipient of the Australia Police Medal for her outstanding contribution to policing, particularly recognising her commitment to diversity employment issues. Deb has spent much of her police career in criminal and specialist areas and has twice been recognised in the Excellence in Policing awards.
Deb is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has served on boards over the last 15 years. Deb is very passionate about youth issues and has been President of Blue Light Victoria for 5 years, rebuilding the reputation and reconnecting Victoria Police and youth engagement. Deb has been married for 35 years with three children, is extremely proud of her family and through her family she remains well connected to the community and its expectations outside of policing. Most importantly Deb is a proud, passionate and paid up member of the Carlton Football Club.
