Five Carlton players were named in the coaches' votes from Carlton's win over Fremantle last Friday.

Key defender Harriet Cordner (nine votes) led the Blues votes in the Blues' nine-point victory at IKON Park.

She was a major impact in the backline with 20 disposals, nine marks and 388 metres gained, and now leading the league with 48 marks.

"I just think everyone's really contributing and the other players around me really helped me to be able to play my game. We kind of know everyone's strengths and I think we allow each other to play that and so that's allowing me to play well," Cordner said.

"I definitely go really hard after my marking, do a lot of it pre-training, a lot of it pre-game, I'm happy it's starting to translate.

"I think coming off the loss last week against North Melbourne, we really just wanted to get back on the winner's list, but also back to our footy."

Keeley Sherar (five votes) got plenty of the ball with 23 disposals, 10 tackles and seven clearances.

Stand in captain Mimi Hill (three votes) was electric in the midfield, scoring the Blues' first goal of the game.

Dayna Finn (three votes) topped the Blues disposals with a total 26 as she impressed with her aggression in the midfield.

Fellow Irish player Erone Fitzpatrick (two votes) couldn't be stopped in the forward line, kicking an impressive goal for the Blues.
