CARLTON has made a pair of changes for Saturday’s elimination final against West Coast.

Taking on the Eagles for the second time in as many weeks, the Blues’ first final since 2020 will see 16 players make their finals debut.

After being a late out last week, Amelia Velardo returns to the fold, with the defender enjoying a career-best season in 2025.

She is joined in the side by Mia Austin, with the key forward to provide another focal point in attack alongside Breann Harrington and Tara Bohanna - two of five Blues with previous finals experience.

Síofra O’Connell and Lila Keck have been omitted from the side which triumphed over the Eagles last week, where the Blues broke away to lock in a home final after a tight three quarters.

The game will mark Keeley Sherar’s 50th AFLW game, with the reigning Carlton AFLW Best and Fairest winner becoming the youngest Blue to reach the milestone.

Saturday’s elimination final kicks off from 3:05pm.
