Blues fans have plenty to look forward to during Gather Round! 

In addition to appearances at the Macca’s Footy Festival, there will be a Captain's Run for fans to attend at Unley Oval.

Here’s everything you need to know: 

Wednesday 8 April 

Open Captain’s Run 

Gates open: 3pm 

Training: 3:30pm – 4:30pm 

Where: Unley Oval (Sturt Football Club) 

  • Enter via Trimmer Terrace entrance 

 WHAT’S ON 

  • Supporter group BBQ 
  • Face painting  
  • The Carlton Shop is heading to Adelaide! A pop-up merch store will be open at Unley Oval during the Captain’s Run. Shop the latest arrivals and gear up before we take on the Crows. 
  • MC and DJ 
  • Signing Session: There will be a signing session post-training however, please be aware that players have limited time given the schedule. We ask that members and fans respect each other and players with only one signed item and one picture maximum, per person. 

The Club kindly asks those wishing to attend these sessions register their attendance in advance, this is to ensure that if required, any last-minute communication regarding these sessions can be provided directly to those attending in a timely and effective manner. 

Thursday 9 April 

South Australian Supporter Group Function 

When: 4:30pm - 6:30pm 

Where: Cathedral Hotel, Torren Room Rooftop and Bar 

South Australian fans have the opportunity to meet pre-game and hear from a past player. Shane O’Sullivan will MC the event. The venue is a 5-minute walk to Adelaide Oval. Members can get in for free and non members pay $20 at the door.

Adelaide Crows v Carlton 

When: 7:40pm (local time) 

Where: Adelaide Oval 

Carlton will take on the Adelaide Crows on Thursday 9 April in our Gather Round clash. Tickets are now sold out. Fans can tune in with Channel 7, 7plus, Fox Footy and Kayo Sports. 

Friday 10 April  

Macca’s Footy Festival  

When: 10am to 12pm 

  • Q&A from 10am to 11am 

Located at Elder Park, the Macca’s Footy Festival will be full of free activities and entertainment, as well as local vendors, food trucks, licenced bars and a 150-metre long zipline over the River Torrens. 

Carlton players will be at the Macca’s Footy festival, engaging in a Q&A on the main stage and then fans will have the opportunity to get a signature. Following the signing session, come down to the Club Cube for competitions and more! 

Saturday April 11 

Run 4 Your Club 

Join Run 4 Your Club, a 4km run or walk where supporters from all 18 AFL clubs battle for off-field bragging rights. Sign up, wear your navy and support Carlton climb the leaderboard.
