Gallery: Blues return to Ikon Park

Watch Ikon Park's transformation Ikon Park has undergone a complete redevelopment to be ready for AFLW Round 1.

THE Blues have today trained at Ikon Park for the first time this pre-season as they prepare for their AFLX debut on Friday night.

With the surface at Carlton's home base undergoing a five-month transformation, the boys finally got to test the new surface in a skills session on Monday morning.

The Blues will go head-to-head with North Melbourne and Melbourne in the new AFLX competition at Etihad Stadium on Friday night, before hosting St Kilda at Ikon Park in the JLT Community Series on 28 February.
