IT’S going to be a big day at Preston City Oval on Sunday.
The Northern Blues Football Club will honour its history when it runs out with the Bullant for the first time in eight years.
The Club’s heritage game will mark Northern’s return to PCO in 2019, and there’s no shortage of activity.
Here’s everything you need to know for the Round 10 VFL clash.
Round 10 VFL
Northern Blues v Coburg
Sunday 9 June

Northern Blues members will be able to enter the game free of charge.
Please note, Carlton members will have to pay for entry: it is only free entry for Northern Blues games which take place at Ikon Park.
GETTING TO THE GAME
Preston City Oval is located a drop punt away from Preston Station (Mernda line). Please note that buses will be replacing trains between Parliament and Clifton Hill Stations.
The Club has released a heritage range of merchandise, which can either be pre-ordered online or bought on the day of the game.
Replica guernseys are available for $90, while beanies will be available from $30.
The heritage merchandise range has been partnered by Pinnacle Print Group.
The Club will host its President’s Luncheon from the Grandstand Function Centre at 11am, with Preston legends Harold Martin and Ray Shaw the special guest speakers.
Martin will be joined by his grandson River for the pre-game toss of the coin.
While the final team will be announced on the morning of the game, the news was confirmed earlier this week that emerging Carlton tall Tom De Koning will make his return from injury.
