For the past two years, McFerran has been balancing her duties as an Assistant Coach with Carlton’s women's team and the VFLW Senior Coach.
This year McFerran will focus solely on her role as Assistant Coach.
Prior to coaching, McFerran had represented Victorian Women's Football League 12 times, as well as being a two-time All-Australian captain.
