Prior to coaching at Carlton, Dancey was the WA State Academy Head Coach for the women’s team.
Dancey has more than 18 years of experience in high performance programs and coaching, especially with women’s programs, putting him in great stead for his second year as Skill Acquisition and Development Coach for Carlton.
With a young group to work with, Dancey will be working on honing the girls’ skills and developing the new crop of Bluebaggers.
