Elijah Hollands earned a second chance on the Carlton list when he was recruited as a supplemental selection period signing on the eve of the 2026 season.
Hollands is a highly skilled footballer who can play a number of roles either in the midfield or the forward half, which he showcased almost immediately after swapping from the Suns to the Blues prior to the 2024 season.
Hollands continues to write his own Navy Blue chapter alongside his younger brother Ollie, and the family’s legacy as a whole at the elite level: great-grandfather Martin Cross played for Carlton (1961-1963) while dad Ben played for Richmond in 1999.
