One of the most-respected players in the history of the game, AFL Hall of Famer Michael Voss took the reins of the Carlton Football Club on 23 September 2021.

With five years of experience as the coach of the Brisbane Lions, Voss’ work over an eight-year stint at Port Adelaide - displaying his tactical nous and leadership prowess - saw him earn the right to lead the Club he supported as a kid.

A three-time Premiership captain and Brownlow Medallist in his own right, Voss’ standing in the game needs no introduction. Unsurprisingly, it’s Leigh Matthews who Voss has cited as his main coaching inspiration throughout his own journey.
