CARLTON has named at least four inclusions for Saturday’s first home Marvel Stadium game of the 2022 season.

Following last week’s loss to Fremantle, the Blues have welcomed back two crucial components of their early season form in Matthew Kennedy and Jack Silvagni, while Harry McKay has been named after getting through training on Thursday.

Kennedy missed the Round 6 clash due to soreness, while Silvagni has fully recovered from the ankle injury which caused him to be a late omission.

Also returning to the senior fold is Liam Stocker, who will play his first game of the 2022 campaign after a month in the VFL.

Stocker, who had his pre-season interrupted by ankle surgery, has averaged over 23 disposals in his four games for the Carlton Reserves this season.

The final inclusion is Lochie O’Brien, who is named in the AFL line-up on the back of his 25-disposal, one-goal effort in the VFL win over Werribee last week.

Marc Pittonet (knee) and Luke Parks (foot) are forced changes, while Jordan Boyd, Matthew Cottrell and Will Setterfield have been omitted.

Parks had foot soreness yesterday and was unable to train today. The Club will assess the defender and should have more information next week.

Cottrell and Setterfield are named as the emergencies alongside Jack Carroll and Lachie Plowman, with one to be named as medical sub an hour before the bounce.
