CARLTON coach Brett Ratten says the club is unlikely to make any more changes before Friday's first list lodgment deadline.
Ratten, speaking before Carlton’s initial pre-season training session at Visy Park, said the club had yet to decide how many selections it would use in next month's NAB AFL National Draft.
"We have got a list management meeting Tuesday to have a look at our list and work out how many picks we would like to use," Ratten said.
Ratten said several players had yet to re-sign and their futures would also be discussed.
"We'll go through that, and analyse that but I don't think we'll make any more [changes]," he said.
Meanwhile, Ratten said the club has not ruled out adding another member to its coaching staff.
"There might be something there, but we'll just wait and see," he said.
Ratten said recently retired St Kilda players Robert Harvey will start with the club on Monday.
Harvey will look after development, Matthew Lappin will now look after the forwards and Brett Montgomery the defence.
"I did say to him when I rang him up: 'Don't train too well or be too much involved, we might pick you up, see if we can change the veteran rule so you can play one more year with us'," Ratten said with a smile.
"It will be great to have him out with the younger blokes, from that preparation point of view, there's probably none better, he's up there with Craig Bradley in the way they presented themselves and got the most out of themselves."
