THE CARLTON Football Club is pleased to help launch a brand-new development, East Brunswick Village, in what is an exciting joint venture between leading global appliance company Electrolux and Melbourne property developers Banco Group.

Made possible due to the recent Electrolux Platinum partnership and the Carlton IN Business network, Carlton members will have exclusive access to a pre-release of the development from today, before it becomes available to the general public next week.

Designed with liveability, sustainability and community at the forefront, the unique urban renewal project has been thoughtfully crafted with the latest Electrolux products.

Transforming the former Sidney Cooke Fasteners site in East Brunswick, the Bluestone Way apartments centre on the theme of wellness, and will see residents share in over 2,300sqm of private green spaces on permaculturally-designed rooftops.

Residents will also enjoy access to meditation and yoga spaces, outdoor productivity pods, walking loops, BBQ facilities and more.

After recently welcoming Electrolux into the Carlton family, Carlton CEO Cain Liddle said the Club was delighted to extend its ties to Banco Group, welcoming East Brunswick Village into the Blues’ neighbourhood.

“Through our partnership with Electrolux, we’re thrilled to work with Banco Group on the launch of this significant and sustainable project right here in our own backyard.” Liddle said.

“To give our interested members an exclusive opportunity to call East Brunswick home through this modern and innovative development is extremely exciting, and a great initiative from both Banco Group and Electrolux.”

Mario LoGiudice, Director of Banco Group, said the company was excited to welcome Carlton members to East Brunswick Village.

“The Carlton Football Club’s support of Banco Group’s partnership with Electrolux reflects our mutual focus on sustainability, our focus on community, and our commitment to supporting Australian-made products wherever possible,” LoGiudice said.

“As keen football fans, we’re excited to be collaborating in this way, and look forward to welcoming Carlton members to East Brunswick Village.”
