CARLTON'S VFL team is in for our Round 6 clash with Box Hill.

Brodie Kemp will make his first game appearance since being drafted to Carlton at the end of 2019.

Overcoming an ACL injury sustained before arriving at IKON Park as well as a sydnesmosis injury from pre-season, it'll be the first glimpse of Kemp in action, with the youngster named in defence.

Plagued with injury since then, Kemp has made great strides with his recovery, ready to have his first match experience in the VFL.

Carlton Reserves will field 11 AFL-listed players, with Luke Parks, Jack Newnes and Sam Petrevski-Seton joining the line-up.

Tom Williamson, Lochie O'Brien, Matthew Kennedy, Josh Honey, Corey Durdin, Sam Ramsay and Jack Carroll hold their spot in the side which last featured against Footscray a fortnight ago.

Paddy Dow won't feature in Sunday's game due to hamstring tightness.

Aaron Gundry will face up in the ruck - with Tom De Koning making his AFL return - while Fraser Phillips will also return to the side.
