CARLTON has named its VFL side for its Round 10 VFL clash with Port Melbourne.

Readying themselves for just their second game in the last five weeks after a lengthy layoff due to COVID restrictions, the Blues have named some familiar faces and new recruits for the trip to North Port Oval.

After being selected by Carlton in the 2021 NAB AFL Mid-Season Rookie Draft, Jordan Boyd and Alex Mirkov have both been named.

Having not missed a game for Footscray's VFL side this season, Boyd will run out in his new colours for the first time, while Mirkov has already featured in two games for the Blues as a member of their VFL list.

Levi Casboult and Marc Murphy will add senior experience to the line-up, as will Matthew Cottrell after a 10-week stint with the senior side.

Corey Durdin also returns to action after a hamstring injury, while the likes of Brodie Kemp (back pocket) and Sam Petrevski-Seton (midfield) have been named among 15 Carlton-listed players.

The line-up is subject to change, with the AFL side's medical substitute not yet named for the trip to Giants Stadium tomorrow night.

Due to COVID requirements in Victoria, fans will not be able to attend Saturday's game at North Port Oval. For more information on the game, head to our game-day hub.
