CARLTON heads to the new surrounds of Optus Stadium for the second time, looking to overturn recent history against Fremantle.
The trip across the Nullarbor presents a big challenge for the Blues, who will look to enter the second half of the season full of bounce.
An in-form if not injury-hit Dockers await, with Sunday’s hosts proving to be one of the competition’s big improvers so far in 2019.
But the Blues, who will look to record their first win in Perth since 2016, will back in their youth to get the job done away from home.

Two of the outstanding young midfield talents in the competition will be on opposing sides, with the No.2 pick from the 2017 NAB AFL Draft taking on pick No.1 from 2018.
Andrew Brayshaw and Sam Walsh have been quick to show the competition what the hype is all about already in their budding young careers. The two emerging guns are certain to feature prominently at the coalface.
With both sides coming off narrow losses in their most recent games, the chance to hit back and record the four points will be at the forefront.
Both teams have performed particularly strong in the clinches and in the air in 2019: the Blues shade the Dockers for centre clearances (158-157), while the Dockers have a narrow ascendancy for contested marks (170-163).
