CARLTON has made one change to its starting 22 for Saturday’s clash with the Gold Coast Suns.

Eddie Betts returns to the fold after recovering from an ankle injury which kept him out of the side for last week’s win over St Kilda.

Betts - who is ranked No.2 at Carlton for goals in 2021 - comes into the side for Matthew Owies, who has been omitted.

Owies has been named as an emergency alongside Marc Murphy, who was the medical sub last weekend. The duo are joined by talls Levi Casboult and Mitch McGovern, with one of the four to be announced as medical sub an hour before the bounce.

The Blues will be looking to back up last week’s win at Marvel Stadium as they return to the venue, with Harry McKay in particular keen to continue his goal kicking form.

The Coleman Medal leader has averaged 5.5 goals when playing under the Marvel Stadium roof, contributing 22 goals from four games.

Tom De Koning has been named while 2015 draft class trio Charlie Curnow, McKay and Jack Silvagni all found themselves named in the forward six.

After producing impressive showings in their respective returns to the senior side last Friday, Josh Honey and Lochie O’Brien reprise their roles for the Round 21 clash.

Saturday’s game begins at 1:45pm, with the game to be broadcast live on FOX Footy and Kayo.
