CARLTON has named a handful of inclusions for the Sir Doug Nicholls Round home game against Greater Western Sydney.
The Blues will be able to call upon the services of Tom De Koning and Blake Acres, with the ever-presents in the ruck and on the wing both returning to the fold after missing the loss to Sydney due to respective throat and shoulder injuries.
There’s also a return for Lachie Fogarty, with the small forward available once again following a hamstring injury which kept him out of action for the past two games, while Sam Docherty is also back in the senior side after 38 and 37 disposals in the last fortnight.
It was confirmed earlier on Thursday that Harry O’Farrell would become the latest Carlton debutant, with Jack Silvagni now a confirmed out due to groin soreness.
For a limited time, general admission tickets for the game are available for $10. Just use the code 'SDNR' at checkout through the link below to celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and connection through footy at Marvel Stadium.
Jordan Boyd is in concussion protocols while Elijah Hollands will miss due to personal reasons: Marc Pittonet and Francis Evans round out the changes as omissions.
In positive news for the Blues, Orazio Fantasia will also play his first game of the home-and-away season on Saturday evening when he fronts up for the Carlton Reserves against Williamstown at IKON Park from 4:05pm.
