CARLTON forward Harry McKay has been ruled out of tomorrow night’s King’s Birthday Eve clash with Essendon due to knee soreness.
After completing training early in the week, McKay was then unable to feature in the Club’s main training session on Thursday due to a knee issue.
He had continued to be monitored in recent days before a final decision was made this morning to withdraw him from the side to face the Bombers.
McKay’s availability for Round 14 will be further assessed late next week.
